I have John Petrucci's Rock Discipline.
It has some pretty good excerises, though some parts he doesn't tell you what scale or exactly what frets he's playing, and you have to watch closely and try to count and copy what he's playing, so it can be abit of a pain...

I have that Rock Discipline as well. I loved it. He shows some killer warm-up exercises. John's a badass! I would love a copy of that Joe Stump though. How big is it? Wanna trade?

rock discipline is very good, there some clips on kazaa of it, you should check it out.

My best instruction dvd?
Metallica legendary licks 83-88. It contains riffs & parts of solo's from Battery, Blackened, Damage, Inc., Fade To Black, Jump In The Fire, Master Of Puppets, Seek And Destroy & Welcome Home. They also go quickly over tapping, pinch harmonics & trills. Helped me a lot but i think most of you guys already can do this stuff.
