I have been recording direct into my PC for awhile now in order to sketch out ideas and whatnot, but recently, I can record sounds and it sounds fine, but I can't monitor my recording as I record it, so I have no idea how it is sounding (tone, dynamics, etc). I was able to earlier in the year. Any suggestions on how to clear this up?

click speaker box, properites, check recording, check all the boxes, find the wave output mix and check that one
