Tully: Well POSSIBLY it has something to do with my really short attention span but mostly short things that are sharp are what I love and things with metaphor I'm sure you have read some of my more metaphorical shit that dosn't make sence to anyone here because noone takes the time to analyse shit these days which is something I enjoy doing. I like fragmenting and free style so people can make their own interpretation becase that is what I think writing is about, interpretation. Thats why I use alot of metaphor so people can get their own ideas.

Preach on. I enjoy your pieces. If that says anything. Usually pretty thought provoking.

Thats ok, but saying you can't actually see my face is just dumb man, have you not ever read anything like that before? Don't you have an imagination? Judging by the aggressive tone and sarcastic questioning you don't have to see my damn face to get the picture. It's an expression anyway. Hasn't anyone ever said to you "Does it look like I'm joking?" When they aren't joking. You don't have to see their damn face to tell that they don't look like they are joking because the fact that they said that negates any chance of them joking because it's an ironic statement which pretty much literally means No I'm not joking. In this case it means No I'm not a caring person.

About you and possibly others thinking that these are too short. Maybe, but more people seem to like than dislike so it dosn't bother me.

I feel a little weird commenting sometimes because I can't say much more than whether or not I liked it. If I rethink and consider each piece seperately I think it might be less intimidating. If that's okay with you it's fine with me. I do read them all. I usually don't have a problem understanding the emotional aspect of your pieces although sometimes the metaphor goes over my head or I just don't trust my own judgement.

Interesting...not quite my favorite of what you've posted on here though...

One thing that does confuse me though, is why people question what's being posted? Sure they're short, but no one questions the 90% of posts around here that don't need to be posted in the first place...and at least Infinity's contributing. This is like the 2nd or third time I've noticed someone question it, that's why I'm saying something.

It's just one someone, though I guess enough people do it. Certain people get picky over what certain other people post and like to make an issue about it. Just a function of this being the internet. Personally, since I made the little sticky asking everybody to contribute constructive criticism, I'd rather not see a 'why would you post this?' post, but it's just one of the lovely parts of human nature we see amplified by the internet.

But in the future let's stick to constructive criticism.
