Malevolent Creation- Killzone
Hey all, can anyone assist me in how to play 1 3 second section of this tab? All i need is the opening fill that plays just as the song starts. I have a hard time discerning what it is they play over the drum fill. The only time this riff played is the intro, and the outro. The rest I got. It is track 3 off of the Envenomed CD. Any help mucho appreciated.

have you seen the tab of it or are you re-tabbing it or what?do you need help playing it

I have seen it, I am considering re-tabbing it, And yes i need help playing it. The rest of the tune I have down, just can't quite hear that part. If I remember correctly, the version I saw on another site did not sound right, and I believe even stated it was a guess in the notes. |

Ya me 2, I have spoke with Phil about some of the tunings used on their albums on a few occasions. I have seen them play this tune live before, so I am confident of the tuning they use for this song is C#, as the position of the parts that i learned and mimicked by watching them play are correct and in tune at C#. I mean, technically you can play it B as no note ever goes below C#, but why stop there. Lets just start coding all of our tabs 3.5 steps down to A?!?!?Were does it stop? I mean, if I tab Enter Sandman with all strings tuned one step down to D, it's still right, but wrong ya know?!? Am I making any sense? |

Time has not been to kind as of late, and I have not had time to truly sit down and nail down the song before I can tab it. I have tried playing off of someone else's tab and didn't like some of the parts. So I really need a chance to sit down and go through what I knwo is good, what I need to figure out, and then I can tab it. Also, I am still trying to nail down the intro. Parts of what were suggested here sound accurate, but it just still isn't right. If anyone wants to look at the intro for the song again, it would be appreciated. It might be a bit easier to decipher on the live Conquering South america Cd, rather than the studio track on the Eveneomed CD.
