Meshuggah's new album

Is it out? I heard it's not, yet saw it for £15 last week, in a local independant music store. I think maybe they were selling a promo, but is it out? (it's gone now, alas, I was skint at the time)

It is out as of August 6th in the US. Here's another thread about the exact same thing that was posted before this one.
