lately i've been seeing some bad ass charvels on ebay. right now i don't have anything with a tremelo so i want to give something a try without putting down major cash. it seems like there's a few different necks, does anyone know anything about the differences? is it even worth it to go for one or should i just go for an rg? everytime i watch becker videos i want a charvel but im just wondering if it's even practical or if it would just be money spent on something i wont dig. any info you can give me would be good. thanks

I got a Model 4 off ebay for £200, and apparently it has a Model 2 neck on it... it plays amazingly, so fast and comfortable. The tremolo never goes out of tune too, i'd recommend them they're great guitars

Get a used Kramer Striker or higher end focus. Very cheap guitars, and you can replace the Floyds with a used OFR(which you can also get cheap), but a lot of old Kramers come with real good stock locking trems.

Yep, I'm getting an Imperial(Explorer copy) once I sell my lame Jackson JS30, it has an alder body, 2 quadrail humbuckers with coil splitting, thin maple neck and Gotoh SG machineheads for 150$! A lot of the Kramer guitars are coming back in stock at MusicYo later this month.

I was originally going to get a Striker FR before I jumped on this DXMG strat I saw on ebay, but I'm selling it now cause I'm getting a KVX10 with a Floyd.
