Depending on the Head (Amp), yes you can power a 410 and a 115 (subwoofer) depending on how many Ohms the subwoofer is. and how much output the Head can handle, your looking at a pricey head unless you can get a good deal or offer.

Like Tattered mentioned, it depends on your cabs's impedances and what your amp can dish out.
Here's the formula for figuring out what impedance your amp is "seeing":
1/(1/(impedance of cab 1) + 1/(impedance of cab 2))
so 2-8 ohm cabs: your amp sees 4 ohms
2-4 ohm cabs: your amps sees 2 ohms
1-4 ohm cab and 1 -8ohm: your amp sees 2.7 ohms
I wouldn't run your amp at 2 ohms or 2.7 for that matter, since this puts a lot of strain on your amp. Some amps claim to go that low, but it's generally not a good idea if you plan on running your amp for a while.
I also wouldn't suggest running 2 cabs with different impedances since the cab with the lower rating is going to get considerably more power and be louder than the other.
I'm not familiar with the head you're using, but if it's a tube amp, you should always have something hooked up to it.
Sounds like you should have a pretty damn decent set up regardless of the cab combination.
Just saw that you said your head was 300 watts and your cabs 250 each. General rule of thumb is to have an amp that's rated higher than whatever your cabs are. It shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you crank your amp, in which case you'll be sending a clipped signal through your speakers and maybe blow them.
