DARKTHRONE IN THE CHARTS!

DARKTHRONE, probably the most uncompromising of the veteran Norwegian Black Metal bands, has sensationally entered the national singles charts in Norway. The EP 'Too Old, too Cold' debuted at number 11 this week.
'Too Old, Too Cold' features a cover version of SIOUXSIE AND THE BANSHEES 'Love In A Void' and the original 'High On Cold War' featuring Grutle Kjellson from ENSLAVED on guest vocals.
DARKTHRONE issue a new album, 'The Cult Is Alive', through Peaceville Records in February.

its not bad! i have both the cult is alive and too old too cold. its a bit punkish but too old too cold has a great chorus

AH, i downloaded the promo a while ago and i deleted it because i tought it was a dud. it didn't sound like Darkt... hell, it didn't sound like black metal at all.
scary album, and i by scary i mean horrible.

Even if Nocturno Culto and Fenriz don't even kno how to play their instruments (lol)
I Think it's one of the best and more representative bands for black metal i had'nt listen their new stuff but i guess it's nearly the same
