Who knows MESHUGGAH
Meshuggah, as we all know is the most complex band of all time, with the possible exception of The Dillinger Escape Plan.
If anyone out there is a huge Meshuggah fan, I was wondering what tracks Thomas Haake does lead vocals on. My best guesses are track 7 on Chaosphear, and track 8 on nothing.
Thanks a lot.

I have no idea, but if you like this type of music, you might like Spastic Ink and Gordian Knot as well.

Practically alot of people know due to the fact that Jack Osbourne mentioned them on the show, and alot of Heavy Metal/Guitar/ Underground magazines are mentioning them alot this year, EVEN MTV talked about them!!!
Fuck, leave that band alone and let them stay underground before they get into some stupid nu-metal style of making music...I have been listening to Meshuggah since 1992 when my sister first bought the album for herself and later I started getting into that band once I heard them.....Great Band anyway

When playing live, they're ok.....
But the album Nothing pissed me off like hell......
Contradictions Collapse is the greatest then comes Destroy Erase Improve......
Is Meshuggah Heavy Metal or Death Metal? cuz Jack osbourne says they are Death Metal but they don't seem like it...Also Jack Osbourne was wrong about where Meshuggah is from, they arent from Norway they are from Sweden

Nothing is a great record, but then again I haven't listened to Meshuggah album I didn't like.
How 'bout just classifying them as metal? Or of course you could always go with the standard dumbshit's term which would be math metal.
"They play in strange time signatures! Holy fuck, they have to be genius mathematicians!!"
If you're going to be tedious and anal about genres, why not come up with something original for them, like "The Arithmetic Assasins!"?
