Theatre of Tragedy info needed

i've been reading up on these guys. can someone give me some info on em before i buy a cd? i heard their later albums are kinda soft, i sure hope so.

yes, their new shit is rather electronic and industrial pop. their old stuff kicks mega ass. top sorrow metal stuff. Velvet Darkness i think its called is a killer album. but personaly, i love them right back in the To These Words I Beheld No Tongue and A Rose for the Dead days.

they have some good new tunes. Assembly is OK, machine is pretty average.

their older stuff had alot more of the guy 'singing' and more guitars.

i listened to a few sound clips of assembly.......it is kinda like electro pop.........still, i think they are worth a look, so im gonna buy one of their old albums, and one new album.........might be a waste of $25-30 though..................

have you heard of Orphanage? much like Theatre of Tragedy, but much better in my opinion. If you want to check them out good songs would definatly be Ancient Rhymes and Five Crystals.
