Hi, Im looking for the lowest quality 7 string guitar money can buy.

ONLY SPEC: HAS TO BE INTACT.

If electronics gone, neck fucked, bridge fucked ..whatever - i dont care...

I wont be willing to pay more than $100 AU for a piece of shit 7, but it depends.

Anyway I live in Sydney so offers from Australia would take priority (depending if I get more than one offer hahah)

P.S. A medium range 7 string for about $400 might also tickle my fancy....

rondomusic.net had some new Agile 7-strings, that come stock with Dimarzio Blaze pups for a limited time, for like 400 US... I don't know if you can get them in AU though?

Hope you realize what a moron you are.
Your amp won't be able to take the extremely low end of a bass tuned string. Don't believe me, try playing a bass through a guitar amp that can't handle it.
But hey, go for it. We need to get rid of more stupid "musicians."

its definitely not ideal and not 100% safe for the speakers, but yeah you can play a bass through a guitar amp.
If you're going to put a bass string on a gutiar, then a smaller bass string would be better.

My buddy had always said that it was bullshit that you couldn't play a bass through a guitar amp. He plays for about 10 seconds, and fffffffucks his amp up.

well, I used to play a bass trough my 1x12 30 watt amp, but then again, I didn't play at high volumes, and didn't play the bass downtuned..

If your amp can handle 40 hz ( my guitar cabs can ) then you can blast 40 hz out of them all you want. Some guitar cabs can only take about 75hz, a 5-string bass would certainly be a problem.


By the way my Washburn Seven String is for sale for 175$ ( or best offer ). Its a Washburn WG587, which is the one that goes for 200$ in Music123 ( but has the list price of 1,000$ ). I want 175 for the upgrade I made to it : A Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge. Only problems being that I sanded the neck down a tiny, tiny bit ( like wiped it over once ) and there's a very small chunk of wood missing out of the fretboard at the fourth fret high E string. But you can't feel it while playing, and it did'nt affect the intonation at all, suprisingly. Washburn makes a good guitar it seems.
