Classical
I have found that learning classical songs on guitar is proving to be a great way to improve technique for me so far, but it's a fairly limited range on the net as far as i've seen.
I've been learning Canon in d major (rock version by jerry c) and Vivaldi's summer mainly lately, as if you already know the song it's a lot easier to practice, but has anyone got any links to decent guitar versions of classics? or just any reccomendations of good classic songs to learn on guitar.
guitar pro tabs tend to be useful when the song isn't so familiar also, and hopefully nothing too hard, im still getting to grips

Look up Paganini, Bach, Jason Becker has some more classical mellow stuff too.
Just a few ideas

Classical songs are hard sometimes, and getting down the finger techinque is still something my teacher is hammering into me. and damn those big ass nails. makes it almost impossible to tap.

I started taking classical lessons in September. I see why they say it's one of the hardest styles along with Jazz. Truthfully, Malmsteen's stuff is pretty tame compared to peices by modern classical guitar composers.
Check out www.danielbolshoy.com and look at the koyunbaba videos. I'm not exactly sure which one is the craziest, but one of them kind of sounds like an army of guitars.

Yeah my teachers teacher is amazing. I borrowed a video of him from my teacher. and it sounded like the guy had not only guitars but a whole orchestra. he was doing some tremolo technique along with whatever else.

all i gotta say is toccata & fugue by bach is bad ass. specially the organ part at the intro. also prelude in g maj (cello suite never gets old), an another fav has got to be prelude in eb min for lute that song is bad ass. for electric i suggest toccata & fugue and finger picking the other ones.
if u really like this kind of finger picking shiz i highly suggest the
the adagio from the Concierto De Aranjuez that song is probably my fav of all classical/flamenco. very expressive
