Cross picking exercises?

Can anyone point me towards any info, books, websites, etc, that have good and useful cross-picking exercises? I really suck at picking and I want to get better. I need to work on accuracy and speed. (Not to mention my really bad habit of resting the palm of my picking hand on the guitar itself.)

Get powertab or guitarpro and search for lessons online. mysongbook.com for guitarpro is good.
