Fear of the Unknown
Poetic pondering. Not really meant for a tune. Thanks for reading and commenting if you do.
"Fear of the Unknown"
Furrowed brow and brilliant, stark gaze
Fear of riddles periodically presented
Hard-lined sentiment grows into quickened pulse
Intensely wondering whether it's similarity
Logic and gut feelings trap inside revolving
I've questioned the motives behind the deeds
Are they real or fabricated from vivid imagination
I've known both for many years
Is it harmless or a means to my end
Do I accept it and run with it to the shadows
As in playing hide and seek
Or should I let caution guide me

Oh, how I hate the ideas that come into my head sometimes
What's common to another defines my weakness
Over-analytical of whether the potions are sweet poison
Or just an imagination that scatters fearfully and incoherently
Once, it's astonishment
Twice, it's pure amusement
Thrice, it's questionable
Time after time, it begins to create a dizziness
A confusion whether to stay or hide
For now I think I'll stay

Thats an intresting piece of writing.
"What's common to another defines my weakness", thats a pretty badass sentence if i might say so myself.
Not bad not bad.
