yes my marshall is being gay its an mg100dfx or something like that and when i turn up the volume i get this horrible feed back and really pisses me off

Make sure its plugged in and turned on first or it'll only make the problem worse. Or maybe another thing that could be wrong with it is a dirty wall outlet. Go into the socket in the wall with a wet rag and get it spic and span then see if it still does it.

get a noise reduction pedal like the isp noise decimator and dont get the outlet wet moron
