Kirk Hammett Live Seattle Solo
Could someone please help me out? He played it in the Live Sh*t-Binge and Purge from Seattle. I extracted the audio part of the song so that searching for it wont be a problem. Ive tried a few other tab request boards and no one has been able help or even responded to me. Please help me.

sry  if u nede a challenge, go learn some solos, their plenty of solos tabs that are much more of a challenge than anything metallica could EVER write...so... try some necrophagist maybe??
EDIT: what the above says, learn scales,race around in em at 250BPM and u have the excact same solo, noone is gonna tab that cuz its random notes, no use in tabbing it not to pick on you or anything, but seach for a REAL solo

this whole place seems to be kind of pointless. i know more about this than u do. its not all scales its arpegios. i know alot of solo but i wanted to know what he is playing in this one. if youre not going to help me then i dont care.

i want to point out a few things, ARPEGGIOS ARE IN SCALES (or atleast part of them) thats 1
2 is didnt or hardly heard ANY arpeggio, just a shitload of tapping and soem whammy wanking
and 3 what part do you exactly want tabbed?? the whole thing with all those racing through a few scales at 250bpm notes?? or the part near the end of the song wich actualy sounds like a solo with the backing riff???
that last solo bit is pretty good, although im just gonna laugh at you if you want a tab for those random crap parts

u need to watch the video there smart guy. he tapped in the solo for about three seconds and i know what an arpeggio is... i do believe this is tab request and its for people to request others to tab things for them as i did.

I own the video and can play along with it for the most part. Actually I can make it sound like kirk was playing it. There are no arpeggios by definition in that solo. There are fast ass solo runs but I think those are called sweeps. Thing is Kirk just trem picks the shit out of everything. Those are things that look like arpeggios but the notes don't ring out... those are sweeps trem picked fast as fuck. There is lots of SRV in that solo ( and he only ever used 3 scales his whole career ) so go learn that and you got 50% of the proformance.
Don't forget the Wah pedal...

i know what ur talking about with the scales and i know he doesnt play the whole arepeggios. in most of his really fast solos he only plays them modified on the high e. i just want to be able to look at exactly what hes playing so i requested this to be tabbed.
and to stream a video of that size, everywhere ive seen wants a monthly fee or some bullshit like that

I know I seen a tab of this solo once, but not here and if remember right it was BS. I really think Kirk's stuff can't be tabed in numbers, frets or notes because he really just slurs most of it together.

Who gives one about that solo if you really like it that much just get audacity or something and put the mp3 on there and slow it down so you can learn it easier.
