The wobble sound
I want to know how the wobble sound is created on the guitar. You can hear such sounds on some children of bodom solos and a suffocation solo as well. I'm not sure how to describe it except for a wobbly sound.
For sure I know the wobble sound can be heard at the very end of the solos on Peirced From Within by Suffocation. But its a very short one. Better ones can be heard on COB.

i'm pretty sure I know what your talking about, and its a whammy bar trick. Hold a note and wiggle (or flick if you have the right set up) and it'll go "weweweweweee"

Yup, just quickly flick the whammy bar and you'll get that sound.

no. not vibrato.
I tried the flicking of the whammy but I don't seem to get that wobble sound. Am I doing it wrong?

What would you call a beginner? I've been playing for about six years or so. So I don't completely suck.
No not wah wah (unless they've invented a new one I've never heard, I'm not to big on effects)

The flicking trick didn't work.
I must be crazy...
