German Quote by me
"auf das die kunst nie ihre indentität zum vorschein bringt, sondern uns nur mit dem ungewissen beglückt"
If more explaination is needed, to hesitate to ask!

haha alright
here a translated version... though its always diffrent in meaning when putting something in a diffrent language.
"For that the Art never brings its identity to appearance, but only pleases us with its uncertainty."
Edit:
This quote was a product from a very good philosophical conversation with a good friend of mine. We talked about the definition of art, and came to the conclusion that there is no definition for any human made word. This is because how can someone know, if it is true or not? Truth is also a word, that cannot be defined, though there is no truth.

what's even further frustrating is that languages don't mean anything unless you have a way in. its just noises that have been settled on by millions of people!

verbal language is in my opinion useless... because there are certainly other forms of communicating, and these form haven't yet been discovered. I'm talking about emotional conversations. Feelings instead of words are delivered to the other person.... this would solve much misunderstanding in this world.

Maybe, if we could actually convey the actual emotion, and if we could be fairly sure that everyone else did to. Mind, the misunderstandings you hint on is not so much a product of an inadequate form of communication, as the lack of trust within it.

This is one time I'm thinking in the obvious instead of abstract And I can't help thinking of the mystery of Mona Lisa. When she was painted obviously DaVinci knew all the aire that surrounded the subject, but that's all speculation now. That particular piece of art has no answer, but it evokes all sorts of ideas and emotions. When we find something about it that touches something inside us it becomes a part of us due to relativity. It might be a feature of the subject or even a color that's used. It might be a form of one sided communication or it could be a communication that DaVinci used to entice a throng of onlookers. Especially if she was only a product of his own imagination.

True. Actually, humans do have a little bit of the ability that some want to call telepathy. Can't really understand why they do that; it's a simple matter of paying attention.

yeah true! art goes far beyond communication... It is much stronger then any word or feeling. The universe is Art. We are Art. Everything is Art.
And we can feel that. Just sit back, close your eyes and you will notice.
