All of which were listed were grind (or powerviolence). And I've herd of all of them because I used to listen to powerviolence. I'm not really looking for extreme speed more like a mid-paced, down-tuned *blah* mabey I'm barking up the wrong tree!
To Infinity...Hellnation is one of my favorite bands of all time. Top 10!
HHIG is really good low-tech.
And I think "The Romperstompers" is actually the NS Punk band "Screwdriver" with the song Pulling On The Boots for the movie Romperstomper.

To be uncool, I'll suggest Raw Power and Fun House by Iggy and the Stooges. Or Darkthrone these days.
Plus Fugazi. It's not really "heavy" or "punk" but what the fuck. They're not really anything. Great great band, especially if you're looking for something new.

Heard 'em all, but Cavity and Skitsystem are the best out of that list.
Also (for everyone) I have herd every thing that has been said thus far and I don't think I'm gonna find anything new, but thanks for the amazing effort!

Abuse
Avskum
Disclose
Crude SS
Discharge
Consume
Born/Dead
Aus-Rotten
Driller Killer
Totalitar
Anticimex
There are also lots of good compilations and tribute CD's with lots of this stuff on, they are good to listen to.
Edit: just read that you know most of the bands and stuff, but I'll keep this list up for anyone else to look at

Leftover Crack is one of the Worst bands I have ever listened to. I saw them when they played right after Today Is The Day at Fireside and I left after the 3rd song. I fucking hate 'em and I don't see how everyone loves 'em.

Bah, I just downloaded a couple of songs from them and when I saw them live they played a more pop-punkish style. Either they completely changed or there is another band called Leftover Crack (or mabey they were just fucking around for those 3 songs and when I left they played their usual set ).
Anywho, they aren't awful, but still not what I was looking for. I retract my prvious comment.

I'm a big fan of 'White Pride' too, the album Your Loss Is Our Gain is great. Didn't think anyone else here would like them to be honest. Like Infinity, I suggest some of you try and check these guys out. Obviosuly though, they arn't very ermm PC, but most of you can deal with it I guess.

All or Nothing hXc are pretty metallic. Shitty name though. They don't sound hardcore at all.

Oldschool political grindcore is a form of fast hardcore punk with some thrash elements. Check out Terrorizer and earlier Napalm Death.
Nazi punk is bullshit.
As for punk, check out this really cool crust punk called Aus Rotten. Crust = rougher and rawer sounding than watered down punk rock. Aus Rotten's lyrics are really cool too. And of course get some D.R.I.

Go oldschool...
DRI, MDC, Butthole Surfers, their early 80s stuff is pretty good IMO
All these breakdowns of diff types are GAY
Crustpunk? Anyone that even said those words aloud in my earshot would be laughed at severely.

well i feel differently
i dont know much about punk, but as far as metal is concerened the different genres are helpful to categorize your listening. Ofcourse there comes a time when it becomes humoursly subjective because, maybe, there are only one or two bands which can be classified under that tag. i m not talkin about genres on that level(death metal disco lol). i m talkin about the general differentiation of genres (like metal = death, thrash, black etc and some of the sub genres)
also does anyone know what is goregrind

Goregrind is the most "metal" of all grindcore. Focused more on death metal, but way more "brutal" any one that doesn't like death metal growls would HATE gore vocals (mostly incoherent gurgles, with mostly no actual lyrics).

Nazi Punk is just punk with "pride" lyrics to me. No difference otherwise in the actual music.
No I didn't check out The Finger because I don't know where to find a cd and the computer I use I can't download. Sorry.

Choking Victim aren't really a heavy as fuck punk band but they are pretty decent to listen to if you aren't in a mood for metal. Think a little hardcore punk and ska mixed together.

When you say hardcore punk you better not mean Hardcore.

No there's a big diffrence. IMO I don't think Hardcore Punk exists in it's natural form any more (with an exception of the newer bands that copy the old sound).

Accurate description. But I love death metal yet I don't like goregrind like early Carcass, Mortician, and shit. Too silly. I prefer plain political grind like Nasum, Terrorizer(!), Napalm Death, Rotten Sound, etc. or anything like them that has some meaningful lyrics.

Racial pride is for pussies. And playing fascist punk is defeating the whole purpose of punk music, it's like singing Gospel music about Satan or playing black metal with religious lyrics.
Edit: That Nasum song doesn't have a blastbeat, therefore you can't call it a grindcore song. That song does qualify as crust punk, sounds a lot like Aus Rotten, but I'm sure they have other songs that have blasts(Rotten Sound's old shit was crusty punk, but they got faster and faster and became a grindcore band like ND).

ahhhhhh, that makes sense
If your talking about the one i posted it's by Krigshot (not nasum), one of Anders' other bands, I should've made that clearer. The song was posted by Anders at www.nasum.com

Oh lol, I thought that was a Nasum song, shows how little I've listened to them. :P Yeah, grind is basically fast hardcore punk like old Agnostic Front only faster, with blastbeats, and gutteral roars and occasional high screams(again, Napalm Death). Another way to tell is the rythm they spew the lyrics with, always like 3 syllables at a time.

Discharge has done so much for both Punk and Metal. If you like 'em check out Die Kreuzen.

Not true. Punk was POLITICAL, fascism is a form of government therefore it works. Black Metal with religious lyrics is called White Metal (gay, I know), but it still exists.

Punk emerged in rebellion against the restrictive conservative(therefore somewhat right-wing) society of the 70's, fascism is not "rebellious" at all.

Fuck off. Nazi punk is still punk you fucken losers. Its punk with nazi lyrics, and a hardcore/street approach. Its like calling Cynic not really death metal because they don't sing about gore or anti religion. Its like calling pop music death metal because they are singing gore
