Peavey Valve King 212 reviews

im trying to find reviews of the product but cant find any valuable informations here and on the web. Anyone here tried that amp? Hows the sound? It sound <similar> to another well known tube amp?

I really like the JSX 212 but doesnt want to put 1650$ CDN on an amp. I play mostly old Metallica/Megadeth/Maiden, Death Metal and a bit of black.

The other guitarist in my band has one, Its ok, It doesn't seem to have enough gain, I haven't tried it with a pedal yet. I'll get back to you.

That it would ... I played one of those Valveking combos, for the price its spectacular ( especially used ). Get an overdrive pedal and you've got metal.
