Bah, I'm so jealous of you Oblivion owners...I've been waiting to play this game since it was announced.

Its awesome dude, I thought it was kinda iffy when i first started playing it, but i started the main quest & its fuckin nuts! The Oblivion realm is pretty fuckin sick! Well worth the $500 i had to pay to get a 360 & the game. |

Anyways, cyberwaste, do you have an HDTV? I just don't know if it will be worth it..I mean, I have a 27inch 10 year old Sony Trinitron in my room..which works great for it's age.(replaced that for my 5yo Zenith)
EDIT - May I add, to most, obtaining an Xbox 360 and a oversized television takes a lot more work than asking mommy for it.

I'm stuck on the last fight of the arena - i need to be more powerful...
yeah, i wish i had chosen security too just for general use...i can never get into any chests when tomb raiding. so you got a 360 in the end instead of the ran then bb?

Nah, I borrowed some money to get a 360.
I just completed the Dark Brotherhood quests, so damn good...I'm playing the game on the easiest setting, just for the storylines, so fights aren't really a problem for me! After I complete the Fighter's and Mage's guild quests, I'll have a go at the thief quests, if those prove to be to hard for my security lacking character, I'll create a new one specialising in thief-type skills...
Oh and if anyone's looking for the best sword in the game, check out this map I found:

Is their fog/other things that make it hard to see? And how about technology? Are there the teleporters like in Morrowind? Dwarvern Ruins etc?

Well I don't remember how far you can see, but it's pretty fucking clear. The graphics are alot better than Morrowind. It reminds me a bit of the graphics in Fable. Also, I think you can teleport on your own now. I don't think you have to go anywhere. I saw my friend do it a few times.
I like how Oblivion starts out. You are basically started right into the story line. In Morrowind, they just like dropped you off in some town to do things on your own.

there seems to be like a system of the more you play, the more cool stuff is revealed to you. at first there wasn't many styles of weapons, only like steel and iron, and slowly there has been more introduced to me. now i have dwarven stuff. but i just walk around in a green robe with a simple bow and quiver full of arrows. its fun...

Yeah, but the sneak skill is pretty easy to develop. You just find a single enemy that can't see you, sneak into a wall, and find a way to keep your character going forward for an hour or so.

You have to do a really easy, really short 10 minute quest for some Nocturnal Daedra, located here:

i was using Fine Steel one, now i have an elven one. They level up as you do remember so when your good with a bow even a shitty one is ok.
