so i know i will be slaughtered for this but my three most favorite console games evar, are all for PS2 and they are (number one fave) Katamari Damacy & We love Katamari, DDR, and Tenchu Wrath of Heaven.
I am a huge fan of the fatal frame games, but i cant play cuz i panic and just push buttons, so instead i watch my little brother play lol.

The king of all cosmos is insane. like he says the stupidest shit. Your supposed to get the ball (officially called "the katamari") to a certain size within a particular time limit. If you dont make it in time, the king of all cosmos berates you for a while and then you have to start over on that katamari.
With absurdly cute graphics and bizzaro music......i love it in so many ways. it doesnt sound like fun, but i find it addictive. when i first got it i spent 3 days just sitting there rolling up stuff and my mother was like "wtf!!???!" cuz typically i read a book or something.
mmm katamari damacy... much fun.

i recently discoverd one of the emulators on my xbox to be awesome. anyone ever play Actraiser 1 or 2? i seem to like the gameplay in 1 more cause its at a faster pace.

some of you may be dissapointed with 360's version of Oblivion. every other hands-on report with the game indicates that the frame-rate drops like a motherfucker on some instances and there's a shitload of graphical glitches. this also applies to people without high-end gaming PC's.
add this to the past record of Bethesda in the field of making buggy, glitchy games.
play a demo before or see it in action in a friend's house but approach with caution. i'll download the thing as soon as it hits the net and i'll try to give some impressions.

The one with Kefka (and you start out in some mecha suit) is the FF you want.
Oh, Seiken Densetsu 3 is also quite good (though particuarly complex).
And Tales Of Phantasia is really good too.
Come back in about 2 months when you have finished all 4 of those .

Does anyone play video games competivly? I've been playing in TWL's league for RTCW for awhile now. It's a shame there arent many teams left. I wish I had highspeed nternet back in the days when there was CAL Invite. I even bought a Logitech G5 mouse recently.

Yeah, KOTOR II is great. Even though there are a lot of unfinished storyline threads and material, it remains my second favourite game of all time. (The first being KOTOR I!)

Black Isle sold the rights to the produce sequals to Bethedsa.
I beleive that they were intending to produce Oblivion first then start concerntrating on fallout 3.

During the same conference that the release date was mentioned in, crazy Ken said the PS3 will be in 4d! It can alter time!
Hmm...I'm caught between two choices. Either I can buy a 360 along with Oblivion (when it comes out), or put that money towards the future Ran fund. So far I'm leaning towards the future Ran fund.

I'm at the end of Fable: The Lost Chapters. There is a whole shitload of new content at the end. All new levels, the story continues on after you beat jack of blades. It's pretty killer. I've found all sorts of new weapons, side games, decisions and such. Just thought I'd share that for anyone wanting to know the new material. They did a great job on it. I'm trying to completely beat everything in it.

get it (oblivion) on the PC, it come's with the construction set which is awesome and then even when you've finished the game or are bored with the world you can download a new area or quest. just check out the modding comunity for morrowind, its incredible...

I just spent $460 to play Oblivion, $400 Xbox 360 $60 game, it better fuckin be as good as it looks. I played Morrowind for a long time, i lost my job, my girlfriend & friends to that game because i played it so much. So i really cant wait to play it. I keep watching the countdown videos each day & i keep trying not to cream in my pants!

I remember I rented that game back in 3rd grade when my friend was over. I remember it being the coolest game ever. Then a few months ago, I had a random flashback of it and researched what the hell it was. I found it on allgame.com. Good times.

i mainly rent these days but occasionally ill buy a console/mac game.
i recently bought Civilization III: Complete and its been very addicting. Also the new game Black (first person shooter) is probably the most intense, good looking new game that isnt only for Xbox360. I was rivetted to it for the week i rented it and the extra setting make it really hard. great weapons, very loud, a lot of fragging
i own a mac so i really dont try many pc. games

I have Oblivion, The only thing that pisses me off is that it looks utterly shit. What is the point in haveing a huge map if you are going to kill the detail as fucking close as it does. I cranked all the settings up to maximum (and it still runs fine), and it still looks utterly siht when you stand on any decent size hill and look across.
Oh, and I also got the Call of Cthulhu game, that is fucking awesome - I suggest everyone goes out and gets it right now.

Wow. 24 hours and 30 minutes in Oblivion, and I started playing on Saturday. I've already completed the main quest, and the Arena and Cure Vampirism sidequests. Definitely one the best gaming experiences I've ever had.
Now, on to complete the Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild and Fighters Guild sidequests...

holy crap, i've only been wandering around for that long. i've only done about 4 missions. i do love it though. dungeon crawls are so fun now.
just ordered myself a new graphics card and another GB of ram to make it play as well as it was meant to...
