Yeah your room gets haunted, you can use holy candles to kill the hauntings though. I no longer have a health problem, i just found tons of health drinks, two medipacks and an ampoule so i could kill anything i guess. If you're down to no health but have kept the health packs what's the problem?

And i advice you to use one of those obedience swords on that ghost in the subway (the latina bitch you meet in the beginning of the game).. she's a real pain in the ass later on in the game, and i just can't pin her down with a sword, she's too fast now.. ><

Stupid game though, there are no clues on what i should do next.. or i sort of found the next door i should go through, but i need that bitch Eileen but she ran away to help someone and didn't say where.. so I'm aimlessly walking around..

I restarted yesterday. I got to the same point 2 and a half hours faster. I'm now at the like city area part 2. I just ditch the bitch all the time do what i gotta do and come back and get her to finish. Although i tell you what with the night stick equipped she is kicking EVERYTHINGS ass faster than i can. I'm like wtf!

Well resident evil games are much much worse about wandering around with no clues. I've spent hours doing that before. Luckily the levels on this are either straight forward or you just revist the stuff you have already been to so its not too bad.

The game rates you on how many memos you collect though ??? I had them all.. My final ranking was 7.1 stars or something, not too bad.. other SH's first playthrough I've had like 5.5.

Yeah i beat it last night too. I got a final ranking of 7 stars.

I was pretty pissed off at the ending. I got the 2nd to worst ending because i had managed to get rid of all the hauntings but i couldn't for the fucking life of me save that stupid bitch. I even did the little glitch that resets her so she is walking normally. (at least i'm pretty sure i did) and even with me moving as fast as fucking possible i couldn't beat that cunt in time. He is so fucking annoying. (not hard, but annoying)

Heh i barely made it. Literally she was to her neck in blood when i finally stomped on him, and i was like "wtf did she make it?". Anyway i could've made it anyway i had two silver bullets for the pistol, one shot kills him after you've speared that ugly p.o.s.

I had the Euro version though i think, it might be a little easier than the American (and i hear the Japanese version is pretty hard).

I'm 17 actually. To be completely honest I enjoyed Halo and though Halo 2 was dreadful but only played it to hang out with my friends online (which i know in person). So that isn't a good enough reason for me to spend $60 on a game when you fucking walk 3mp/h and jump 4 feet in the air and take 4 seconds to land.

God... I CAN'T wait till Halo 3 comes out. That will be my motivation to get a 360 (that and a LCD TV).

I've seen the online beta demo in action. My brother played it a while ago. Insane graphics, and this time it looks more like it's built for Live (aot Halo 2).

Not sure how many of you know this, but if you have Crackdown you can play Halo 3 whenever you want. Luckily, I have Crackdown.

I know a few guys that have worked on beta testing Halo 3... Their inputs to me were that it was basically Halo 2 with a few graphic modifications. Nothing to get really excited about.

Halo 3 is fun actually. The game play is very similar to Halo and there is zero auto aim. Which is a great plus and thus far there isn't a sword. Halo 3 Beta MP should be avaible to download on May 25 from what I've heard.

Thats good. Auto aim on any game blows quite a bit. Although i'm starting to see SOME point for it as it relates to Rainbow Six only as it relates to single player. I say this because these computer terrorists are shooting me WAY ... WAY too fast and way too accurately. Especially from a distance like they are. I have a hard time believing they are outshooting highly highly trained swat type personel with shitty weapons like uzis.

BTW i've started Fallout 1 over and i'll be playing 2 shortly from now. I just looked on the Fallout3 website and they are going to release a TEASER in like 9 days. I'm beyond pysched.

The campaign mode in all Rainbow Six games blows. They are short and challenging. I much more prefer the story but yes they can long range shot you with any gun. The reason is because they are standing still and that is a huge factor in aiming on RB6.

Well yeah, but its still completely fucking fake. There is no way they can pull up a weapon and shoot you, a highly HIGHLY trained operative before you do. Makes no sense. Not to mention i could set up faster and aim better than they can sometimes. I'm like bullshit i gotta sit here for like 1 second while this recticle decides it wants to get small.

I'm not so much complaining about my characters ability to shoot, moreover the enemies unrealisticaly good ability to shoot. Apparently thats the biggest critique on Armed Assault. Apparently if like the tinest bit of your body is like sticking out behind like a rock or something, enemies like 400 meters away will all turn towards you and start lighting you up with rediculous accuracy.

You're doing better than me, my characters are all level 41, and barely able to get by with the harder side missions. From what I know, I have a ways to go before I can beat the game with my characters at such a low level.

Which doesn't matter, I'm probably going to complete all the hunts and interesting side missions before I beat the game anyway.

How many hours do you have clocked? I have them all equipped(except Vann) with the amulet that doubles their experience points.

I don't know how far I'm going to play the game for...lol, although it's a hellava good game.

right! it feels completely hollow, and it doesnt have rubber on either of the thumb sticks! the stores always sell this crap, once the system is outdated, if they even wait that long...

edit: FUCK!!!!!!!! AAAAAAND i just tried it again, and noticed that the left thumbstick can HARDLY do diagonal jumps. its like you have to go straight up, and then the the right/left. not to mention, that there is a noticable amount of extra distance from the dormant position, of the thumb stick, to the side walls, which hold it in place.

I have a Makopad for my N64, and it's the best controller i've ever played on any console... so comfortable, and has lasted years and years

Here are my stats. I loaded the game up to look at what i've gotten.

64 hours 51 minutes
Highest level i have is Basch and ashe at 59 and lowest fran at 54. The average level is about 56.

Vann uses daggers
Balthier uses poles (edit: uses the whale whisker which was a BITCH to get)
Fran uses bows
Basch uses swords
Ashe uses spears
Penelo uses guns or rods

Without a doubt ashe and basch are my good characters. Ashe is a Warrior mage from hell. She hits hard as hell and has good magic.

Interesting i just don't see vann as an axe carrier. Hes too theif like for me. Me picking poles for balthier came as a complete.. just change from what the game had set up. I definitely enjoyed the change though as i think guns are horrible and in my opinion Balthier is the best character in the game. (as a character)

On a side note. I'm pretty close to beatng Kingdom hearts 2. And i must say this is one of the worst games i've ever played. It had alot potential and i think it wouuld have been kind of hard to mess it up too terribly bad. But they most definitely did it. The game play fucking blows worst than any game except Dragon Quest 8. Bosses take like 30+ minutes to kill and thats AFTER you've tried at least 10 times and died every single time. THis is the only game i've slammed the remote like 3 times. I haven't done that since owning a sega genesis and nearly destroyed the system because of some anger issues with shitty games.

It should be illegal to make game play this horrible.

Exodus is an Esper that I'll never use, most likely, but it was fun to get. He's located in Mosphoran Highwaste, I don't remember it being that difficult to do the task in order to be able to fight him, but I had a guide. Without it, I probably would have given up.

Oh right! i fought that damn thing when I was way under-leveled. I forget how long I was playing him, but it seemed like forever until eventually my entire party died. I'll have to go back to him soon.

I didn't use a guide, but that shit was a bit of a bitch...hence now over 80 hours in the game and still not done.

I got Fahrenheit (Indigo Prohecy) yesterday, started playing at like 10 pm, and have just finished it at 9:08 today, playing non-stop. It has been the greatest gaming experience I have ever had the immense pleasure of...experiencing. It truly is the best example of gaming as an artform as well as an entertainment medium. All i know... Is if they even think for a second of making this a FPS i'll boycott this game completely. I have good confidence in the bethesda team. i dont think i had mentioned, but my zelda-twilight princess had been missing for months. so i called my friend, and had him burn me another copy. played that one for a while, and it fucked up, at the same place, three times in a row. it took all but 2 minutes to find the "missing" one, loz. i think its good that i had two copies, then, because it turns out that i had to switch back and forth between the two disks, to pass parts that wouldnt load. after i beat the last area, i thoroughly explored the entire map, of the game, and found a lot of shit. ...a lot of shit that would have been useful in "the cave of ordeals"

i want a game thats full of destruction. today, i rememberd that one "blast corps", which was fun, but sort of poor, in some ways. are there any games like that, but better? gamecube, or xbox.

I've been playing all of the classic Mega Man games. They are so hard, I can't even beat the second level on any of them.

New Fallout 3 details taken from Game Informer:

- Game runs on an evolved version of the Oblivion engine. Third person view has been reworked since the verdict was that the Oblivion version sucked balls.

- Game starts with your birth and your mother's death in a vault hospital. This is essentially the character customization part of the game. Your father hands you up to have your DNA analyzed and you get to pick out all your character traits. Your dad takes off his mask to reveal similar traits to the ones you picked.

- You grow up in the vault and as you grow you get your first book titled "You're Special" which allows you to choose you baseline stats for each of your 7 primary aptitudes. You'll also get your first weapons and wrist computer (menu) as you get older and take tests to determine the initial layout of your skills and traits.

- Every aspect of character creation is based on S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system. Of your 14 skills you can tag 3 to grow at a faster rate than the rest as you level up.

- Battle system is called the Vault-tec Assisted Targeting System (V.A.T.S.). The article states. "While you'll certainly be able to tackle enemies in real time using first person shooting, V.A.T.S. lets players pause time and select a target at their leisure". Battle system still uses action points, but once you've used them up you'll still be able to fight targets in real time while they charge back up.

- Game is still violent and gory. One of the featured screens is of a guy's head exploding in super gory detail. Apparently all gory deaths in the game will be in slow motion.

- More than one way to play the game. Go balls out and kill people, or sneak past situations, or perhaps talk your way out of situations.

- Enemies can target you just like you can target them, so you can get injured in very specific points on you body. This is in addition to an all new health/radiation system. This new system has you measuring how radiated certain things (like water) are and how they affect you when you consume them.

- Karma system returns

- XP based system, most XP comes from quests

- Level cap is 20

- 9 - 12 possible endings based on your actions in the game

- No level scaling like oblivion, you walk into a high level area, you die horribly.

- There are NPC's you can hire, but this is not a party based game.

Also I'm playing FFXII (still), most of my characters are level 99, I have most of the ultimate weapons (excluding the Zodiac spear) and am currently trying to get the rare monsters list complete. Been taking my time with that. I have to say I'm really enjoying this FF, wih the gambits and new spells, and being able to wield the masamune. Always fun. Plus there's a lot to do aside from the main story, and the enemy's are challenging (especially the big ones, like Yiazmat, that guy was a bastard).

And I'm still trying to obtain all the extra weapons and items in Shadow of the Colossus in time trial mode. That should keep me busy while I'm saving for a 360/HDTV.

Of course it isn't worthy of buying. No games as of now are even worthy of buying. They are all to short and only provide an ample amout of entertainment. Maybe Bio Shock and Mass Affect will change that.
