OK I know Kahler has a new website up that sells all their shit. So I am looking to order a 2315 trem model from their website. However every time I e-mail them it always get's bounced back. And when I phone them the guy in sales is never there. I have come in contact over the phone with another person whom works there but he didn't really have a lot of information.

So I was like "Hmm ok this is weird." So it's like "Are these guys for real?

So yeah has anybody ordered from here before? And how was it. I mean I REALLY want this trem but I am just concerned about ordering (also they don't offer ordering over the phone).

Edit: I also just noticed they will be shutting down the shop for the holidays in 3 days so order fast.
