No, definetly not... The vocals are kinda melodic but he's still screaming... It sort of sounds like Suicidal Tendencies.... And don't ask me how it got on my computer, I have no clue, it must have had a wierd title when I downloaded it, and I checked properties it just says Necessary Evil (1) nothing else.... If anyone wants to download it from me on aim sometime later to check it out that's cool with me....

There is definetly a Napalm Death song called Necessary Evil though, but necessary evil would be a song name alot of bands would probably use. Try listening for some of the lyrics, and then type them in on a search engine and it most likely will come up.
