Yeah...I'm sure this has is somewhere in the forums...but hell I used that search feature and couldn't find it...anyways... I just installed a new pickup on my guitar, Seymour Duncan JB, and whenever I play I a.) get a bit of a buzzing sound when I go by TVs/Monitors and b.) I'll be playing and it sounds like it switches from both pickups to like 1 of the pickups...it doesn't die...but I'm wondering if maybe it is a grounding problem?

I also took out the back 2 pickups because I don't use them...so shoudl I maybe rewire and avoid the switch all together?

well... all guitars do that thing with the tv. just turn the tv off dude.


and if you took out the other pickups, you probably should just rewire and not fuck with the swich. that might help your problem... then again, i dont know much about electronics

Maybe you can score a copy of the schematics for your vendors site and go by it. Use a voltmeter to check for bridges in your connections.
