Looking for some 'fun' songs to play that arn't death metal. Been rooting through a couple of cheesy 'classics' like 'beat it' by Michael Jack-off-your-son etc, but could do with some more suggestions
Also I want to learn some chord stuff, as I'm terrible at it. I found out I even struggle to play the chord bit neatly in mr crowley. Oh the shame.
Maybe this is a shit idea for a thread on metal tabs, but I'm genuinely asking this, and this is the only guitar forum I bother with, based on the fact people on here generally know what they're on about.

Led Zeppelin is always a good choice. There are obvious choices from Zep like Stairway, and Black Dog, etc...but I like a lot of their mellow stuff. Rain Song comes to mind, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You is great too... Pretty much you can't go wrong with anything by a decent 60s/70s hard rock band. That is, if you like that kind of music.
