" The Classic Remembrance"

Just as the whisper fades from my thoughts
Alternative impulses regenerate into energy
That never cease to drain completely.
They reverse and seek other paths
Through the system of channels and perceptions
That manifest themselves into my own energies.
I still draw from you through thoughts once there.
A spanning and binding of simplicity and education that made
Growing fruitful in minds and hearts
Further expanding the moments into dreams realized.
No casting off of what was harsh yet true.
Clinging even in seperation of word from word.
The music plays on and on.
The songs are sung.
Years so short yet so alive
As a brief moment in time that edges itself
Into moments that sear through the soul.
