My Knife Your Life
Punk song for my punk band Anti.
I once saw a dainty fag,
Carried around a rainbow flag.
So I introduced him to my razor blade.
I got sick at just the sight
So I decided to start a fight.
For being a fag it is your life you pay.
My knife,
Your life,
Straight pride!
My knife,
Your life,
Straight pride!
[Repeat all]

Okay, I guess I can get into the festive mood of this. Though I personally don't agree with the message it sends out the emotion and the rage is there. It's got more of a more aggressive, revved up Billy Idol type feel to it to me. Something that could incite a crowd to be singing or shouting along. You've got some imagery in it that's pretty cool and it gives it more substance than just an "I hate gays" piece.

Pretty refreshing if nothing else. Did you know that expressing oppinion like that in this country is paramount to suicide?
Like the speaker above, I'd say you've found the idea of a classical punk text. Let the anger flow.

It was good but a bit short (at least for me). How many minutes is that song?

Cool title but the lyrics sound like it was done randomly on the spot.

Some of the best lyrics are on the spot. And I don't hear this as being just a start to finish of what's written. I'm hearing jams inbetween and repetition of the verses and maybe several more of the chorus. As it says --[Repeat all]

A handful of the best and most of the most terrible are made up on the spot. For every gem by Bukowski there are 20,000 livejournal pages jammed with shitty extemporaneous poetry, the authors of which are all encouraged by kindly elders telling them that 'some of the best lyrics are on the spot.' It's incredibly romantic for somebody to just come up with something beautiful on the spot, but it's also incredibly rare; most of what's good takes time and effort. Unfortunately, that same time and effort went into a lot of what's bad, too.
This is adequate, and flows well enough.
