GOD OF EMPTINESS
Just a quick yet important question.
I'm tabbing God Of Emptiness my Morbid Angel. Quite successfully I think too. I can play along to it with nearly no pitch disagreements. it's actually quite a technical song to digest.
I just wish to ask if anyone could tell me if they used 6- or 7-strings on the Covenant album.

Their using seven strings...I've seen it in the video to the song so I am absolutely positive about that....well, at leaast as far as this song goes...

Trey plays a 7 string on just three songs on that CD in Bb. The others are all a 6 string tuned to Eb.

I've always liked how Morbid Angel are one of these bands that write fiddly, naturally technical guitar parts that we relate to guitar legends, that the song structure is written in a complete. That's how I'll be presenting the tab when it's complete. I would have to say that the Emptiness is one of the most difficult songs I've learned to play.
