Will this damage my amp?

I know that when it comes to tube amps, you never want to turn it on without it being plugged into a cab or it can destroy the internal components/tubes of the head.
I currently do not have a cab so I was thinking if I should just use my amp head with headphones instead. Will this damage my amp? BTW I have a Randall RH200SC solid state amp.
Thanks for any help.
