HELP!!
I have Marshall MG15CD amp and marshall jackhammer distortion.
I dont know how to make settings on them for metal sound.What should i turn up/down (treble,,bass,,countour etc...)!?

I agree with Six Feet Under 420, just mess with the controls until you get a sound you like. But as a guideline, I believe Metallica uses scooped mids, which means to turn the mids to 0 and keep the treble and bass at an equal level. On the otherhand Kerry King of Slayer likes to use lots of mids and even uses a wah to add more energy and "juice" into his tone. As for countour, I like to keep it at around 3-5 to make it more crunchy and I crank the treble and bass to just about max and use very little mids. But, i have a SS Randall RH200SC, so it may sound different on mine.
