RONDOMUSIC.NET
ive been looking on this site and the guitars have decent specs and look really nice for the price they are being sold at. I was wondering if anybody here has bought from them and how the service/shipping/ and overall quality of the guitars was. Thanks

Probably... ask them, it might be like $10 more though. I'd buy one of their Agile les paul knock offs someday... I hear they're very very well built for $150 guitars. The higher end (like 200 and $300) models are better too. The store is not far from where I live, but since I don't drive I can't get there.
The vintage-looking Douglas flying V looks sweet, tune-o-matic, string through body, basswood body and maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. The SX set-neck Explorer ripoff looks pretty damned good too.
I wouldn't be surprised if some had minor imperfections like badly leveled frets or a drip of glue that's sticking out...

I wanna get a bass from there. I'm digging their 6 strings and at that price I wouldn't feel too guilty modding it.

I've bought from them a few times, and I have to say: excellent service, excellent shipping, and excellent product for the price. I even sent one back for a full refund because I didn't like the color.
edit
oh yeah, with very few mods they sound better than most MIM (and maybe even some MIA) Fenders I've played.

I got one of those awhile back, its not bad. I've abused it, it could use a cleaning and a new set of strings real bad, it plays pretty good considering i've had no setup done
its very neck heavy, I drilled a new hole near the neck joint on back and screwed the strap button in there, problem solved only I think I stripped the screw. It feels like it's slowly backing out of the hole too (i did a really poor job of drilling, i was too nervous about drilling all the way tthrough the fretboard), if it ever comes out i'm gonna have to buy a new screw and stick the mofo in with some super wood glue or something.
the tuners kinda suck, they're too close together and a couple are hard to turn, but they do work. I put some chrome knobs on it and it looks sweet, i have a wine-red one with no pickguard and chrome everything else. with some new pickups it would be balls to the wall, my friend knows a music store owner and he gets EMG81s for about half retail price so I am thinking of picking up some of those. that and a new set of tuners and a graphite nut, and it would be my main playing guitar.
i was really thinking of getting a six string bass from them, but then musiciansfriend sold some Peavey 6 string basses for half the price of the brice basses from rondo so I got one of those isntead. I want one of the SX p-basses now

You folks that want to buy a bass(or a $170-$220 guitar): Check out the Kramer basses at Musicyo.com. $150... 4 or 5 strings... die-cast fixed bridge... and it's Kramer.
I am so fucking getting a Kramer next year.
