I'm freakin out!
Check this out!
A local radio station started this contest called "The 12 Guitars Of Christmas." Every day for 12 days they give away a guitar autographed by different bands. They release the name of a potential winner during the day, and they have 100 seconds to call back to claim the prize. They fucking called my name today! I just won an autographed guitar by Sevendust. Yea yea,... I don't like Sevendust and I"m sure lots of you don't either, but they play paul reed smiths and les pauls, so I'm guarantureed a kick fuckin ass axe... autographed. Just had to post this, I'm so fucking stoked right now.

I get it on December 18th. They gave me free tickets to the static-x show on the 18th, and there gonna call me up on stage to recieve it. I also get to go backstage with static-x. Yea, I know it's static-x but I don't give a shit, I'm getting a badass guitar!!! I dont' know if I can't request one non autographed. Maybe they'll just sign the backplate or something I can remove. Ha!, not they didn't call me davie gravy. My name is Dave, well that's what I signed up with.

If it is a cheap ass guitar signed by Sevendust just remember this. Free guitar is better then no guitar! That guitar will be worth more to a Sevendust fan then to you  I do like some of Sevendust but wouldn't be fliping out over a signed cheap guitar.
If it turns out to be a cheap guitar you can alway take it and smash it on stage after they give it to you!
Or if they ask if you got anything to say then say, "I will give this guitar to the hottest chick here that will makeout with me right now. Who wants it?"

Yea,
I always expect the worse. Hell, Black Label Society is one of the other bands giving away a guitar. I'm sure it's gonna be a Les Paul, if not the Zakk Custom Les Paul, surely the rest have to be somewhat decent to keep up with that. They haven't told me what guitar it's gonna be, I asked, but the DJ didn't know. Oh please god, don't let it that nasty ass epi posted Like Opeth said any free guitar is fine with me, I'm just stoked I actually won something. I never win shit ever!

That sucks. But at least it's free. I hope you took Soul's advice, but didn't settle for just making out. Why not go all the way? This way, the bands are really gonna have to kick it into gear to beat a show like that.
But, hell, congrats anyway, a free guitar is better than no guitar. That other guy managed to sell his for $250, you can probably do the same. I imageine there's gonna be a lot of these popping up all over eBay, so sell that sucker ASAP. You can get a pretty damn good axe for $250 from rondomusic.net. Certanily better than an Epi LP Jr.
