Cubase and mixing...

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to create a fairly good mix in Cubase? I seem to be hopeless at creating something that doesn't sound rubbish. Does anyone here work with Cubase, and if so, some help would go a long way

Cheers chaps

IMO there is no set rules or things you can do to 'make' a good mix. You have to experiment with your effects and try things until you ears are happy with what they are hearing.

Try the cubase site/forum and do a google search and READ the information provided. Also I might suggest this site> www.tweakheadz.com I frequent it quite often in search of info for home recording/mixing/mastering.
