Peavey 412M or Marshall 1960B?

I have a guy offering me the Peavey for $150 (scratched up a bit) or the Marshall for 300...

I can afford either, but I always like extra cash in my pocket....

Both seem to have equal reviews on harmony-central. Anyone have either? talk me in/out of one please...

I always loved how marshall 1960/30 cabs sounded with my amps. They sound amazing with my framus cobra head and with my jcm 2000

Well, is a $150 price difference worth the upgrade from sheffields to celestions?

I'd say yes. But try and play them both, if you like the Peavey more, well then you just saved $150.
