Why can't we make HTML coded post here (I know because nomad set it up that way..)
but does it just take up more bandwidth or.......what?

what's the use? loads of forums are getting flooded by gay html crap like those scrolling texts or even scripts, we don't need that.
HOWEVER, I do think the [img] tags should be enabled. there's no danger to that and you can easily link pics instead of uploading them to your attachments (which are allways full..)

I always wondered why no one posted pics. Then again, like you said about HTML tags/posting - what's the point, attatchments & links are always a better option in my opinion, plus you don't get bogged about by huge images loading and messing up the screen.

then you could hotlink the pics. you have to upload them now but my attachments thing is allways full... it doesn't have enough capacity.

I at least think maybe beef up the attachments. img tags bog the load time down on the page, not everyone is wanting to view those images, so leaving em as attachments, I think, is a great idea, keeps the threads clean, helps keep dialuppers happy too. HTML code would be okay, or as least some tags would be cool to have enabled, not like the forum tags don't work just as well either.

Fuck the img tags. They piss me off. I still suffer the curse of dial-up, and i rarely view the forums i am on where images are allowed, because it takes fucking forever to load up the cunts signatures, since some cunts have 3 640x480 pictures in them. HTML code would be no better, because that would also allow pictures to be posted.
