How to finger this...

It's a palm muted riff from Nile's "Execration Text". It's a drop tuning so those are actually powerchords.
Anyway, to those of you that play this song: how do you finger this riff? Like what fingers for what frets and if you actually slide your hand or not. I can't seem to do it fast enough, I need to find a more effiecient way to finger this. I PM'ed SpiritCrusher(the tabber of this song) a few days ago but no response...

I'd do a one finger per fret with a stretch skipping the 6th fret. Or when it came to that last 5th fret before the 7th, I'd move to position my index over the 5th.

You guys can really stretch your 2nd and 3rd fingers so far apart and play it fast? Listen to the song if you haven't... it's mind boggling. It would for me work if there wasn't a one fret gap between those two fingers, I just cant do it cleanly that way. Also... do you guys do it with only downstrokes or do you make it sound just as br00t3l doing slow alternate picking on that riff?
In the video, I think Karl Sanders is playing it exactly like that with all four fingers, but his guitar has very small and scalloped frets so his fingers are all bunched up together not moving much(he has fat fingers too so he doesn't need to stretch much). I'll give this method a few more tries, maybe I just need to build more muscle and flexiblity into the fretting hand.
Btw... I have .70 guage on my 6th string and .54 on my 5th string, that might also be the source of difficulty but I really can't trem pick well with less tension.

Yeah, my last post is exactly how I finger it. I use alternate picking to play it.

Ah yeah, using the pinky is the only way I got it to sound semi decent. But I have a very thin pinky so it's hard to press down on both strings simoultaneously using the tip of my pinky.
