i have a digitech gsp 2101 preamp

but the dists are weak, the effects are ok, but i only use reverb and or delay for solos. the dist i use is not what im looking for...

so what should i try trading it for??

maybe a little combo with a nice reverb and clean channel?? (i can always buy a mt2 for the dist sound) i guess sumtin with nice dist is gonna be a head (actualy i know for sure)

suggestions? or can someone recoment a small combo WITH a good sounding reverb??

the 8080 is the combo equivalent of the Marshall 8100 head. so if you like deaths sound, then you would like it. I'd go for it.

nah that gsp 2101 isnt that brutal, might also have to do with the fact that i dont use a poweramp, but some monitor speakers.

but still, more that 90% of what the thing can do is useless to me, so.


i dont know death, but il check them out and see how i like the tone.

could be, ill try that, im guessing those things are pretty old so

EDIT: id still rather sell or trade it though, mainly cuz,

i dont have a poweramp to use it with (or money to get one)
i only use the grunge, wich lacks gain and sounds like *** IMO
and i only use reverb and delays for solos.

id like to get a savage SE head, but i wont have money for that until maybe next year (still saving up for my upcoming custom axe)
