Math, Science and the Human Mind
Math, Science and the Human Mind
From the primogenial and physicality humans on earth,
To the interminable of the inflationary universe.
The misconcepted Human mind lollygags for an elucidation,
Of the unexplainable.
Numbers seem to solve everything,
Words seem to verbalize the language of the universe,
False Logic seems logical,
And wrong Truth seems true.
Predicting and Contradicting,
That’s what the human mind does.
Everything is just misleading interpretation,
But they are too unequivocal to see.

hey, chill, sometimes it takes some days before someone reads it
sounds good to me, pretty dark sounding atmosphere, maybe because of the use of words, did you intend it like that?
other than that, it's pretty short which I like, I lose attention quickly, especially with long-ass lines and shallow but immensely long lyrics. what kinda music did you have in mind under these lyrics?

Read it this morning. Read it again. I want to study it a bit more before I comment. Hard to think when the tv's talking about some nutjob having sex with corpses.
Looks pretty good though so far.

So, now to your questions.... Yes the use of words was intended in this form and structure. If you don't know the 100% definition of words like primogenial or interminable, I advice you too look them up in a dictionary. You will see that the use of such words bring my direct thoughts into written communication.
I like the fact, that you think this poem/lyric has a dark sounding atmosphere. That was indeed my intention and I'm happy to see that others notice this.
The music under these lyrics is progressive metal, comparable with the musical atmosphere of arcturus and the instrumental work of spiral architect.

You were very pleasant with your patience. That's nice. I looked up words I didn't know and it makes a lot more sense now. I was getting the end, but I see how the beginning fits more now. I had gotten a darker feeling from it. It reminded me a bit of Death's lyrics that are more contemplative. It also seemed to have an edginess to it that Tool has in some of their stuff. The dark prog fits it perfectly.
It did grab me titlewise and by the last 2 verses. I've been reading about the Mason's right now so the math, science, and human mind really struck a chord. Things that I never thought of as being closely connected have become moreso. I think this piece develops an idea of one way that might go. The first 2 lines of the last verse hit the nail on the head about humanity.
I thought this was quite interesting even though I did have to work at it a bit. Sorry it took some time to post my thoughts.

Ah thank you very much! hehe I get compared with Death's and Tool's lyrics
I'm not the type of person who writes lyrics one can understand on first sight.... I want to make the reader think about what he read..... Analysing, interpretation, understanding.....

That's cool. When you put it like that it reminded me of Rush, too. I love them.
Just don't let them get lost in the music somewhere. Cool way to write. Be sure to post again when it strikes you.

I like a good transcension. Very good indeed. You should try reading into some stuff. Any Zen or the book the Tao Of Physics should do you well. I've not read it but I read a quote from it once. Very explantory. Thinkers like you are what humanity needs - another foot up it's psychic arse.

Thanks.....
At the moment I try to read as much Edgar Allan Poe as attainable..... very commendable author indeed, who inspires me a lot to think about irrefutable topics, that are notably important, but never really came across them.
so read his books and flabbergast

Oh geez, if we read too much Poe we'll turn into powersofterror. He's a Poe fan and we know what he's like. He was so happy with life this weekend I kept envisioning him skipping through the hotel handing out flowers to people. Not that it's a bad thing, but just funny.

Mr. Poe.... not only a master in language, also in manipulation After you read something of him, you believe everything he said is the ultimate truth....

Some people felt that way about Hitler and Jim Morrison, too.

It's a shame well-configured psyches tend to fall into such deluded and inane things. I suppose it's just karma and because humans divide everything into what they selfishly want and want not. This can be seen everywhere. Watch any sci-fi series with alien races at war with humanity and you'll find out what I mean. This is why there is no such thing as a duality or a spectrum, as Zen teaches.
