Ok so I just got one today, get home plugged it in and it seems to power on but the screen displays nothing.

now I dunno what to do the shipping was insured so maybe I just get my money back but maybe it fixable.....can anybody help me out?

contact rocktron, tell them what is happening, they'll probably tell you what's up.
chances are you need to repair it or replace it.

if so, contact the shipper, inform him(politely) that it showed up DOA, and that you need to make a claim if it's insured(if it's not, you're fucked unless he's a nice guy and is willing to cash you out.)... fromt there ups(or whoever shipped it) will pay for it to be replaced or repaired.

well yeah according to rocktron it can be fixed so guess I'll haveto wait round for the guy from ebay to get back to me.
