The Metal Observer? (MT Affiliate?!?!?)
Was searching google and I came across this site. Got to looking around their tab section, and they have hotlinked every fuckin tab from MT to their site. Check It Out They properly give props to MetalTabs.com though. Just thought I'd give ya'll the heads up.

metal observer is an awesome , awesome, awesome website. they do everything they can to support metal, so i wouldn't worry about them doing anything crooked. they are just redirecting people to this site, which plenty of other sites do too. theyre a great organization and i wouldnt do anything to have your tabs taken off

Yeah I don't know man, it's 50/50 at best. I know that they have never asked me about it. I've read their reviews too, and the ones I looked at sucked.

Take a look a MT's link-list, you'll find a link to MO well uh... light green on dark green.
And you know, many of your tabs have got a remarkable spread. Use www.911tabs.com and have a look around; you might turn up famous.
Besides, whatever you think of MO in general, they do have a nice database for a great number of metal mp3s, and legal to. That's where I first discovered Megadeth, for example.

There is no copyrighting of a tab. All you can do is feel proud that everyone is hosting your volunteer work. But it is courteus if they give you credit, and they did.

Wouldn't you actually had to have written the score that you've tabbed for you to copyright it? I know it's like that with lyrics. And they're copyrighted when they're posted if they're your own.

I have an agreement with Alex from The Metal Observer. He promotes MetalTabs by adding links to tabs on the review pages, and I promote his great e-zine by linking to his reviews.
This does not infringe your copyright as this is just linking, not copying the contents of your tabs.
