in the song norwiegen wood vic wooten plays one and i dont know what it is....by the way wouldnt tenor bass be an oxymoron?

Its a bass stringed/tuned up to ADGC.

Tenor basses are set up to tune to ADGC. If you want to do it without damage, you should buy a six-string set and get rid of the B and E. I wouldn't tune the EADG up because you probably would break them and warp the living shit out of the neck.

i dont think it would warp the neck because i have a pretty nice bass but breaking strings would be an issue

Basically dont think you can tune your E A D G strings up to A D G C because it will fuck up your neck, try buying/ordering a seperate C string.

yeah....i diddnt get that last post in time lol.....the d string broke which is wierd cuz g diddnt owell i had a pack of elixers laying around that i was going to put on my bc rich...well..that would be stupid it was a sign i guess.
