I saw this on SMN news and my heart sank!

Kansas-based death metallers ORIGIN have parted ways with guitarist/vocalist Clinton Appelhanz and drummer James King due to personal & creative differences, reads a posting on the band's official website.
"I would like to personaly thank these guys for their dedication & hard work to this project & let people know that Echoes of Decimation could not have been done without them.
I am currently looking for replacements in each position respectively for Guitar/Vox & Percussion...serious inquiries only....

Both Clinton and James are currently in a new project with Jeremy Turner (ex-CANNIBAL CORPSE) entitled, UNMERCIFUL. The band has recorded a full-length and is currently seeking label interest. I know they're in Unmerciful, but fuck man, they didin't have to quit Origin!!!..... I'm so bummed! Origin=my fave band of the last 5 years. |

There is no reason why drummers shouldn't hear about this, considering any drummer with any amount of kudos knows that James King is awsome.
