I have an Ibanez SR305DX....it's a five string. I recently decided to move from the low B string to a high C string. Do I have to make a truss rod adjustment or dick around with the intonation or is cool leaving it as is?

I dont think the neck will like that, being a heavy gauge string going to a small gauge string, i would check the intonation and adjust the trussrod if theres any relief..
