I think there are some that are disagreeing. There's also a businessman who had just leased one of the trade center buildings prior to it's destruction and he's built another sky scraper right near the site. He's redesigned the new building to withstand a lot more punishment and made the stairwells wider so if there is an emergency it will be easier for people to get out. He said he was the only tenant so far, but he's in hopes of more coming in.
