Inspiring, yet depressing when you watch it and you see that he was like 1231212413 times better than us at guitar.

It's guys like him that shows the way for the rest. Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Martin Luther King and him. Would be really great if our species actually followed that way, no?

That poor fucking bastard. I don't typically feel bad about much, but that kills me. He is goddamn strong for doing as much as he is at this point in his life.

Dont feel sorry for Jason, he doesn't need pity nor does he want it. He's as happy as can be with his life, he has a family that loves him, a wife he loves, and a new found faith.

its great to see that he's optimistic with how his life is and very content. i know if i were in that situation i would give up on life. its amazing how he still writes music even though he has als. some of his new music off perspective was awesome, like end of the beginng

I downloaded it! Finally.
It is really sad, but you can see Jason is still a very happy and lively person, and that he is so loved and still enjoys life.
It sucks that he cant shred anymore but having quality of life is so much more important if you ask me

Good Documentry. The story of Becker has always been incredibly inspiring - even void of his disease, the fact that he proved it was possible to strive so hard and become good so young is moving.
Anyway, does anyone know the title of that classical piece he plays in that home footage at the end? I'd like to learn it.

I havnt watched it Darko, but I'd assume it would his own piece "Air". It is really fucking hard, I have apowertab for it and can not play it anywhere near the speed he does.
EDIT: You should all own "Perpetual Burn" it is the end all be all of shred that is amazing well written. It is just amazing music taht happens to super hard to play. He is the modern day Paganini.
