Tenacious D is making a movie!!
It's probably off topic but Tenacious D is making a movie, finally!! it's called the Pick Of Destiny. Tenacious D rules, i remember watching them on HBO back in '98 and laughing my ass off.

IMO he was awesome in high-fidelity.

i fucking despise jack black. he annoys the hell out of me. he was in anchorman wich was a fuckin funny movie but his part wasnt funny at all. and anything else he was in sucked.

This is really, really old news. The movie is in post production at this point.
This movie is going to rule. Tenacious D rock live, and the newer songs that they've been playing are some of the best I've ever heard. I can't wait to see Meatloaf chastise young JB until he is rescued by the almighty Dio. Fuck, just seeing Ronnie James Dio in an actual movie makes this well worth the price of admission. Plus, you get to see the journey of the World's Most Awesome Band from non-fame to fame to infamy, and that's nothing to sneeze at.
