Rondomusic guitars?

Damn, I just took a look through some of the guitars they sell at Rondomusic.net, and I must say I'm amazed at the features and prices of the guitars they sell/make. Like... set-neck mahogany guitars for $150? Well I wouldn't be surprised if the pickups were ass, but replacing the pickups shouldn't be an issue.

Has anyone ever tried any of their guitars? How is their build and overall quality? There must be some kind of catch if these guitars are so cheap, if not I feel sorry for the poor folk being exploited in Korea.

What do you think of these? :

http://www.rondomusic.net/al2000blackcherryflm.html

I might shell out the cash for a 2nd guitar on one of these. How are they?

That would be rather sexy. You should look on some websites and see what it'd cost to buy a set of gold hardware. http://www.music123.com/Guitar-Part...ric-d3135.music I'm sure you could find parts somewhere in there.

Yea I was gonna get it as soon as I saw it but then I went to the bank and realised that I've only got 200$ saved up towards a car so I'm gonna put half of my money in savings towards an automobile and half towards savings for the 7 string. But one good thing is that since oil has been making a killing Ralph Klien(premier of Alberta) is giving $400 to every Albertan citizen before Christmas

I own the Agile AL2500 Lefty and it's fantastic for what I paid for it. ($200, it's $220 now, I think) If you buy anything from there, I'd just buy Agiles and Agiles only. I've heard some of the other brands on there (SX, etc.) are pretty crappy but that may or may not be true. But if you plan on gettin an Agile go for it. Great quality.

Just found the other thread on SX guitars. Apparently i_hate_nu_metal has the same dilemma I do on the Douglas Hornet.

Fuck me, the guitar is cheap as hell, looks nice, and the reviews for other Douglas guitars on HC(they didn't have it for this one) seemed ok. I'm definately buying one or more guitar from them at some point. Perhaps I'll try the Hornet next month once I have the cash.

theres the agile hornet. Maybe someone got confused. Maybe both companies make the same guitar. I don't know.

Agile and Douglas are two different companies, Rondo sells guitars from those 2 and other brands like SX.

I guess both make the same guitar, but the Agile is more expensive, and I don't know if it looks exactly like it(btw, they don't seem to carry the Agile Hornet now, just the Douglas).

I'm still AMAZED at the 3rd LP's price I posted...

There's a $10 difference, the slightly more expensive one looks like a real LP. Should I ever want to buy an LP I'll get an Agile, fuck Epi. :P
