Programming Clicktracks

I've decided that I want to record my drums with the help of a clicktrack. I did a thread search and didn't find the info I'm looking for.

What program can I use? (Pro tools is not an option)

I tried to write a clicktrack in fruityloops, but that program only supports 4/4 time sigs, and you can't have different meters/tempos throughout the song. That's a major problem for our style of songwriting.
Any suggestions? I have CoolEdit pro, but there doesn't seem to be any way to program a click track with it.
Help!

Try a program called Anvil studio ( http://www.anvilstudio.com/ ) open up a rhythm track, choose the stuff you wana use ( snare, hi hats, china , all standard midi crap ) and place it on the grid. Needs a little getting into but once you get the hang of it youl find out how good this lil program is. To change time signiture just click above the bar you want and change it to anything you want.

Once youve got the track how you want it, save it and open it up in Cubase or what ever and play along.
